Processing will be paid separately to the Moran Locker when you pick up your order (approx. $300-375  per half depending on the size of the animal) We require a $100 deposit that is NON refundable to hold a butcher date for you. Get on our email list to get the latest dates available.

You will be able to speak to the butcher and have your cuts customized to your family’s needs. Meat is generally ready for pickup 2 weeks after the butcher date.
