Sandra's Mushroom Baked Steak
INGREDIENTS
- Round Tender Steak
- Flour
- Milk
- Cream of mushroom soup
- Optional: add some fresh mushrooms
METHOD
Preheat your oven to 300 deg.
Brown your tender steak.
In a separate pan make a gravy with little flour, milk and the cream of mushroom soup, add in your optional fresh mushrooms.
Place your steak in a casserole dish
Cover the steak with your mushroom gravy
6. Cover with foil and bake at 300 deg. for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
